The Terms & Conditions apply to all business transactions carried out by Acrylic Image Limited, which for the purposes of this document will be referred to as the 'Company'. The person purchasing goods or services from the 'Company' will from herein be referred to as the 'Customer'. The 'Website' will refer to www.acrylicimage.com and any other website's owned and operated by Acrylic Image Limited. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Placing an order with Acrylic Image is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
You must ensure that you have the right to copy the image contained in the photograph you submit. You have, where necessary, obtained the permission of any other person(s) (or their parent/legal guardian) that appear in the photo, for their permission to be reproduced.
Acrylic Image may refuse to reproduce a photo if (or if Acrylic Image believe that) you do not or may not have the rights and/or permissions referred to in condition 2, or if is any other way inappropriate.
Rejected orders will have the photo returned to the sender, unless it is defamatory, offensive, obscene or indecent.
You will pay Acrylic Image any costs or damages Acrylic Image may incur because of the reproduction of any photo you submit that is defamatory or which breaches any other persons copyright, privacy or other rights in any way.
You agree to allow Acrylic Image to keep digital copies of the image, which will only be reproduced with the express permission of you (for re-ordering purposes).
As a responsible and compliant company trading on the internet the 'Company' only uses internationally recognised third party payment providers to accept the 'Customers' payment, namely PAYPAL. You can therefore be rest assured that your card details are securely encrypted during the payment process so no one can access your card information. Any card information the 'Customer' enters on the 'Company's' 'Website' is not stored or visible to the 'Company'.

The goods the 'Company' provides are both personalised and made to the 'Customers' specification, therefore under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 the 'Company' is obliged to inform you that we do not offer a cancellation period once the order has been placed, be that by internet, telephone or through traditional mail order systems. In certain circumstances where an order has been placed but the 'Company' has not yet processed the order i.e. has not yet started to create the personalised goods; the 'Company' may be willing to change the details of the order free of charge, however this is at the 'Company's' discretion.
The 'Company' will attempt to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are in most cases fulfilled within 10 days but allow 14 days for delivery. All orders are sent via a trusted international courier service, namely UPS, FedEx, DHL, City link. Orders need to be signed. If no one is available to sign for the delivery a slip will be left with details of how to reorganize delivery.
The 'Company' cannot be held responsible for delays or errors caused by the courier service. The 'Company' cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods once delivered and a recorded delivery slip is obtained.
The 'Company' will provide replacement goods if it is responsible for an error or if the item is defective/damaged when you receive it. However, you must notify the 'Company' in within 7 days and return the goods within 14 days of the date you received them. Once the 'Company' has received the returned goods it will send replacement goods within 14 days - you will not be charged for delivery. Returns should be securely packaged and sent with the reason for return to Acrylic Image Ltd, Craven Gate, Lorne Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 5HH, United Kingdom. The 'Company' advises the use of a trusted international courier, namely UPS, FedEx, DHL, City Link. Please use a recorded delivery service to ensure the returns reach us promptly and securely - we cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Errors & omissions
The 'Company' makes every effort to ensure that the information on the 'Website' is accurate and current. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you notice an error please email us at email@example.com.
The 'Company' makes the Acrylic Prints according to the information the 'Customer' provides. We strongly recommend you check the details of your order before proceeding with payment. Once the order has been placed the 'Company' may not be able to make changes to the order. We are not obliged to give refunds for any personalised item when the 'Customer' is responsible for the mistake.
The 'Company' reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for any reason whatsoever.
The Acrylic Image Designer, and any Acrylic Print images displayed on the 'Website' are for illustrative purposes only and the finished product may differ from those on the 'Website'. The 'Company' does not guarantee the accuracy of the colours displayed on the 'Website' in relation to the colours on the finished product.
The graphics, images, textual content and script(code) contained on the 'Website' is wholly owned by the 'Company' and should not be copied or saved without the 'Company's' written permission. Any branded logos displayed on the 'Website' remain the property of their respective owners. By purchasing our products you agree to indemnify the 'Company' from any liability caused.
